Coaching, Consultation, and Mentorship Lead With Purpose – Coaching for New Leaders

Leadership is often treated as an expectation rather than a skill to be developed. Drawing on over 11 years in program, regional, state, and executive leadership roles in behavioral health, this 6-week coaching program distills the tools, strategies, and insights new leaders need most.
I work with both individuals and organizations to prepare emerging leaders for success — equipping them with confidence, clarity, and the ability to lead with intention and impact.

Harmony, Not Balance – Consultation for Working Moms

This 6-week consultation program is built on my belief that balance is not the goal — harmony is. By applying minimalist principles and integrating intentional business practices into home life, I’ve found it’s possible to thrive personally and professionally without sacrificing what matters most.
Designed for individuals and adaptable for organizations supporting working parents, this program offers practical strategies to simplify, streamline, and sustain multiple roles with less stress and more purpose.

Supervision for Emerging Behavioral Health Professionals

In North Carolina, associate or provisional license holders — including marriage and family therapists, licensed professional counselors, and substance use professionals — are required to work with an experienced clinician to develop the skills needed for independent practice.
With 15 years of experience in clinical care and leadership, I provide supervision that goes beyond meeting licensing requirements. My integrated approach blends clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, business practices, and diverse therapeutic modalities. Most importantly, I focus on developing the self of the therapist — helping each professional grow in confidence, authenticity, and clarity about the kind of clinician and leader they want to be.
