As a mom, ever have FOMO? Ever see others’ social media and feel that you haven’t planned anything for your family this year? Or that your family hasn’t had any fun experiences lately? Having trouble coming up with ideas for things to do on Friday afternoon?

A simple way to ensure that quality family memories are being made (and you are able to remember them🙂) is a Family Fun Board. With your kids during the beginning of the year, simply write down which activities you guys want to do/see during the year. Each family member gets to choose an activity or two. Document all activities and display in a prominent place for all family members to see.

Now you are able to create experiences throughout the year based on what is available in your area, your budget, and what your family would like to do. Once an activity is complete, take a few photos (post them to social media!), and mark that activity off the board. At the end of the year, you and your family will have memories, photos, new experiences, and a lot of reminiscing to do as you plan the next year’s activities.

A relatively simple way to make quality memories and ensure experiences are happening.
